How we get it from our door to yours!

We ship all orders from our quality-controlled warehouses located in Michigan and Utah via UPS and USPS Mail (military APO, FPO, AK, HI, PR and Guam addresses only). Most orders are shipped within 24 hours and some may ship within 48 hours depending on the time of day when your order is received. As always, we strive to ship as fast as possible while still ensuring accuracy.

Shipping Rates
We charge only $5.80 for all shipping within the Contiguous 48 US States, but if your order exceeds $59.00 then shipping is FREE of charge!

  • FREE SHIPPING On All Orders over $59.00! This shipping option is applicable for all orders in the contiguous US shipped via USPS Mail with Delivery Confirmation or UPS Ground at our discretion.


  • Shipping discount will be applied at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. Free Shipping is not valid outside the contiguous US.

    • Please note that we cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped. For assistance with your order, or a Return Authorization, please contact our Customer Care Associates at (866) MWP-6444.


    • If you have special shipment needs, please give us a call Toll Free at 1-866-MWP-6444. Our Customer Care Associates are available from Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.


    • We ship via Ground so you can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days. Please note that shipments to remote and/or rural locations may require additional time for delivery.


    • We will notify you of your order confirmation via email and provide any available tracking information so that you can track your order online.


    • During shipping, ink cartridges are rarely kept in an upright position- this can cause the ink to migrate to the wrong end of the cartridge. It is important that the cartridge is stored in an UPRIGHT POSITION FOR FEW HOURS BEFORE INSTALLING so that it has the chance to move through the sponge that lies within the cartridge.

    Signature Requirement

    For your protection, a signature may be required at the time of delivery. Please select a delivery address where you can sign for your package when it arrives. If a signature is required and you cannot be at the delivery location during the business day, you may sign a FedEx door tag authorizing release of the package without anyone present.
